I'm about three months away from my parole ending and rather than seeing the light at the end of the tunnel I'm starting to get more stressed, more anxious, and more fearful of what that looks like. On today's episode I try to analyze myself and why I think these stressors and fears are manifesting and how I'm trying to cope with the struggle inside.
